Losing finalist in last season's MTN FA Cup, Asante Kotoko have been drawn against third-tier side Swallah Utd in this season's Round of 64.
Friday's live draw saw 16 premier league sides all enter the Cup competition after drawing a bye in the preliminary round.
Premiership side, Hearts of Oak were also paired with third-tier side as the Phobians would travel to Kintampo to face Sharp Arrows when the competition returns next year with matches scheduled for the weekend of 21, 22 and 23 January 2012.
The draw also produced two pairings in an all-premiership battle.
Berekum Chelsea would at home to Mighty Jets while Wassaman welcome Bechem United.
Great Olympics who defeated champions, FC Nania in the first round would be away to Golden Eyes.
