A copy of a strongly worded letter, in a tone in the fashion of the now famous “gargantuan crimes” letter that saw Martin Amidu sacked as Attorney General, has been authored by NDC Chairman, Dr. Kwabena Adjei, for President Mills.The letter raises serious issues within the party threatening its very survival and potential electoral defeat. The letter marked “very urgent” was copied only to founder Jerry Rawlings and demanded an emergency meeting with bigwigs to avoid the grave consequences Dr. Adjei foresees.Dr Kwabena Adjei's letter read in part: "However, most party members do not think and feel that they have so far had that political space for which they dedicated their times, energy and resources during the 2008 electioneering campaign. Indeed, my impression is that most of our party members do not even feel that they belong to party they aggressively defend. As a person who, without resources, contributed greatly to our electoral victory all I have deserved are abuse, character assassination, blocking of my efforts and physical threats to my person."He further stated: "In all honesty, I cannot personally hide the fact that I have reached the limit of my patience and tolerance.
