Lakeside Estate Limited has launched its new gated community with upgraded specifications that meet the needs of prospective clients. The Community Eight (8) project, being the newest phase of the company’s developments, is replete with all facilities one would desire in a modern community. It includes gated communities, portable water and electricity, tarred roads, a school, shopping mall, petrol filling station and 24/7 security services.Speaking at a ceremony in Accra to launch the project, Col. (Rtd) Tim Barnes, Managing Director of Lakeside Estate, said the company “is presently experimenting with borehole water at its community five (5) area. This would be extended to community [8] if proved successful.”He also requested of the Adenta Municipality to help upgrade the Japan Motors road linking the estate to Ashaley Botwe Township “into a first class tarred road by the end of the first quarter of 2012.”The community, according to him, “has a very promising future” and urged those seeking accommodation in a comfortable environment to consider owning homes at the new community.
