LG Electronics last weekend unveiled one of its latest innovative home appliances known as Gencool Inverter Air Conditioner.
Gencool inverter air conditioners operates with a small capacity generator, which means any time there is a power outage even a small generator can power the air-conditioner to give a perfect room comfort.
Gencool has come at the right because it is specifically designed for countries with hot climate and insufficient power supply.

Executive Director of Smotex, an authorized dealer of LG appliances, Nii Ayi Hyde, said the product is expected to bring relief to consumers especially at a time when the country is facing its worst energy crisis.
He said the product offers LG ‘s inverter control technology which saves electricity up to 40 percent and reduces voltage necessary for start up and reliable op 350 operational range .

It also enables the Gencool mode to cope with power surges of up 500v .
According to Nii Ayi Hyde, the company considered the country’s energy crisis and came out with this innovative which will go a long way to afford consumers especially those with hash climatic condition and poor power supply to effectively use Air conditioners with even low capacity generator.
He noted that the new cool inverter air conditioner is Eco-friendly because it uses the refrigerant R410A.
He maintained that LG’s innovative products function well despite erratic power supply or in extreme outdoor temperatures. Surprisingly, the air conditioner features an upgraded power circuit board (PCB) and corrosion-resistant technologies that ensure greater operational longevity.
