Lindsay Lohan was arrested in the early hours of Thursday morning for allegedly fighting with another reveller at a New York nightclub, according to U.S. reports.
The Mean Girls star attended Justin Bieber's gig at Madison Square Garden and went on to the city's Club Avenue, where she was reportedly involved in an altercation with a female party-goer.
Reports suggest the actress clashed with the identified woman as they sat in separate booths at the venue.
Police officers were called to the scene and arrested Lohan as she tried to drive away from the club in a car, according to Tmz.com.
The actress was reportedly booked on an assault charge and remained at the police station as Wenn went to press.
