The Supreme Court is this morning resuming hearing of the John Dramani Mahama election petition.
There are at least 6 outstanding issues the court needs to deal with before it can commence hearing the substantive petition itself.
This includes a request that it reviews its decision disallowing subjection of the EC Chairperson to 12 questions.
There is another seeking the apex court to halt all proceedings till this review is dealt with.
