There are clear indications that the legal arguments and manoeuvrings in Ghana's Presidential Election Petition case will come to a close on the 46th-day of the hearing.Counsel for the Petitioners is expected to finish a fresh cross-examination of witness for the Electoral Commission, Dr. Kwadwo Afari-Gyan.Mr. Phillip Addison signaled he was done with his cross-examination yesterday.
