Chelsea could face London rivals QPR in the last 32 of the competition, while Arsenal will go on to play Aston Villa if they can get past Leeds United on Monday night.
Manchester United's reward for defeating city rivals Manchester City is a tough trip away to face their other fierce rivals, Liverpool, at Anfield in the FA Cup Fourth Round.
The Reds, who beat Oldham Athletic 5-1 to get into the last 32, have home advantage in what is undoubtedly the standout tie of the draw.
Arsenal will also meet Premier League opposition in Aston Villa at the Emirates if they can get past Leeds United on Monday night, while Chelsea face an away tie against the winners of a replay between MK Dons and QPR.
High-flying Tottenham face a short trip to play Championship side Watford, Newcastle will face Brighton or Wrexham and Sunderland have a local derby against Middlesbrough to look forward to.
Everton will play Fulham in an all-Premier League clash, which is also the case with West Brom, who will host Norwich City. Bolton Wanderers will meet Swansea City if they can negotiate their way past Macclesfield after their replay.
Paolo Di Canio's Swindon Town defeated Wigan Athletic to make the Fourth Round and now they will be away from home against either Nottingham Forest or Leicester City.
