In March, government allocated ¢45.5 million to construct constituency offices for 70 Members of Parliament (MPs).
The development has raised questions among Ghanaians on the need for these offices during times where some citizens are struggling to make ends meet because of the pandemic.
Today on PM Express with Evans Mensah, the guests will share their perspective on whether or not these offices are needed.
They include Executive Director, Africa Centre for Parliamentary Affairs, Dr. Rashid Draman, MP for Bongo constituency, Edward Bawa, Former MP for Tamale Central, Inusah Fuseini, and Dr. Seidu Mahama Alidu.
