The 2020 flagbearer of the NDC, John Mahama has since the pronouncement of the winner of the December challenged the validity of the outcome at the Supreme Court.
Mr Mahama has urged the Apex Court to order a second round of the presidential elections between himself and the NPP’s Nana Akufo-Addo citing errors in the results as his basis.
Following the series of hearings, the court will on Thursday, March 4, announce the verdict after arguments advanced by lawyers for the parties over the past weeks.
