Finance Minister, Ken Ofori-Atta said this during the presentation of the 2023 budget in Parliament last Thursday.
The Trades Union Congress has subsequently opposed this decision by the government.
Tonight, PM Express will discuss the consequences of this freeze in employment in the public sector.
