The Local Organizing Committee (LOC) for Ghana 2008 will on Thursday, August 9, roll out a 24-episode television program aimed at heightening public awareness about the continent's plum competition.
The 60-minute television program entitled: "MTN Road Map To Ghana 2008 African Cup of Nations (ACN)", will be aired simultaneously on Ghana Television, TV3 Network, TV Africa, Metropolitan Television and Takoradi-based Skyy Television.
Magnus Rex Danquah, Chief Operating Officer of the LOC told GNA Sports that the program would be available to a global audience through satellite.
"The program will feature five unique segments carefully selected to make viewers well informed".
Danquah said the program will also provide information about the history and evolution of the Africa Cup of Nations since its inception in 1957 till now.
Additionally, "MTN Road Map To ACN GHANA 2008" will be beamed freely to 50 countries worldwide.
