Corporate institutions in the Ashanti Region say they are fired up and ready to win most trophies at the upcoming Luv FM Corporate Games in Kumasi.
The 2025 Luv FM Corporate Games seeks to bring together corporate institutions in the region to promote healthy lifestyles, foster partnerships and networking, and encourage teamwork in a competitive and fun atmosphere.
The event is scheduled for Saturday, October 11, at the Paa Joe Stadium at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST).

Over 20 public and private corporate institutions, who offer diverse products and services, have so far registered to participate. They include the Ghana Police Service, Twellium Industrial Company Limited, the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG), Rango Construction Limited, Boss Roofing Company, Guinness Ghana Breweries PLC, Stanbic Bank Ghana, the Ghana Water Company Limited (GWCL), Medi-Moses Prostate Centre, Sandvik Engineering, the New Patriotic Party (NPP), the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH), Amanano Rural Bank, among others.
Activities on the day include football, volleyball, table tennis, 50/100 metre race, sack race, flip the bottle, CEOs penalty shoot-out, pool games, lime-and-spoon, and many others.
Speaking to Luv News, Head of Marketing at Twellium Industrial Company, Patrick Yeboah, mentioned that their H&H, McBerry, and beverages teams are on stand by, training hard to claim every trophy.
“We are pleased to be part of this year’s Luv FM Corporate Games, we have a strong team and we are going to lift every cup available. I believe this year is going to be awesome.”
Also the Regional Council Chairman and Lead for ECG’s football team, Mr. Prosper Kofi Abotsi, revealed that ECG will translate the quality service they provide consumers into an amazing performance on to the field of play.
“ECG, we are known for keeping the lights on, but this time around, we are going to prove that we are also known for scoring goals. We’re coming to win all the trophies and display them at our offices.”
On his part, Chief Executive Officer of Boss Roofing, Mr. Isaac Larry threw an open invitation and challenge to other companies to sign up for the event. He also hinted that every prize will be theirs.
“We don’t only work with hammers but on the day we are going to bring our football boots and win every trophy.

Furthermore, the Ashanti Regional Organizer for the NPP, Dr Francis Adomako, stated that “Team NPP is winning any activity that goes on October 11. I will entreat the general public and sympathisers to come and rally behind the NPP.”
Aside from enjoying the bragging rights as champions of the corporate sporting community in the region, attractive prizes have also been lined up for every activity.
The Head of Events at Luv FM, Eric Nkoom, finally assured that this year’s event promises to be bigger, more vibrant, exciting, and engaging than ever.
The event is part of the annual activities lined up by the Multimedia Group’s Luv 99.5FM to engage its cherished audience, increase brand visibility and mileage.
