Thousands of music lovers were treated to a memorable performance by an impressive list of African artistes at this year’s Hennessy Artistry.
Fans from Ghana, Hong Kong, Lagos, Malaysia and New York enjoyed great music experience at October 18 show at the Accra International Conference Centre.
Hennessy Artistry is a famed global music campaign to promote the art of mixing various genres and blending the talents of the world’s top artistes brought together Mafikizolo, 2face, Wizkid, 4X4, Edem, MzVee and a surprise performance by VVIP.
It was an evening of pure unification; mixing sound, visual innovation and drinking experiences from around the world said Madam Esther, Brands Manager of Hennessy in an interview with Myjoyonline.com. The show was hosted by Peace Hyde.
The concert was opened by a performance from MzVee who got the crowd dancing to her tunes.

Mafikizolo from South Africa made up of Tebogo Benedict Madingoane and Nhlanhla Nciza on their maiden performance thrilled patrons to great music and dance from their country. They were amazed at the reception given them saying "knowing your fans have heard your song is different from you seeing fans sing along and dance to your tunes".

4X4 took their turn and did what they know how to do best. They performed some of their old songs from way back.

2face Idibia a.k.a Tubaba had a blast on the night by interacting with the crowd musically and got them singing African Queen.
