Motorists along the N1 Highway between the Tema Motorway Roundabout and the TT Brothers traffic light have been left stranded for hours following an accident involving a trailer transporting thousands of bottles of water.
The incident occurred earlier today, Tuesday, August 26 on the Tema-Dawhenya stretch of the highway, when the trailer overturned under yet-to-be-determined circumstances.

The vehicle spilled its entire load of bottled water, blocking both carriageways and bringing traffic to a complete standstill.
