Donkor pleaded guilty to the charge of defilement .
Prosecuting, Police Inspector Kwaku Appiah told the presiding judge, Mr Yaw Atta Sampong that both the accused and the victim lived at Akim Akroso.
He stated that on December 25, 2012 at about 14.20 hours, the six-year-old girl and her younger sister were playing at the back of their house when Donkor called them to come for their Christmas gifts.
