Medeama whip Aduana to stay at fifth

Theophilus Anobaah grabbed the three maximum points for Medeama on Saturday in the Ghana Premier League to keep their top-four hope alive.

The attcking midfielder broke the deadlock in the 76th minute of the game at the Tarkwa T&A Park, cementing Medeama on the fifth position on the league table with 18 points.

The defeat sees Aduana Stars lie 12th on the log with 11 points after 11 games, as the Dorma side's poor form continues.

Aduana now risk a place in the relegation zone after the last fixture of the match-day-11 matches.

Both sides fought hard to break the deadlock in the opening half but failed to find the breakthrough.
