A plane carrying six passengers crashed into several buildings in a neighbourhood in north-east Philadelphia on Friday night, causing fires and injuring people on the ground.
The medical transport plane was taking a child - who had been receiving care in the US for a life-threatening condition - back to Tijuana, Mexico. Her mother and four crew members were also on board
"We know there will be loss," Pennsylvania Gov Josh Shapiro said during a news conference at the scene of the crash.
It is unclear whether there are any survivors among those who were on the plane.
