Mighty Jets say they expect to finalize a change of their home venue to Akosombo by the end of this week after an inspection by the Premier League Board.
The newly-promoted side indicated that the venue switch became necessary after difficulties with the owners of the El Wak Sports Stadium which prompted the temporal move to the Accra Sports Stadium.
Mighty Jets are hoping to play BA Stars at the new venue on Wednesday January 12.
Sammy Suker Braimah, who is a Board Member of Mighty Jets told Joy Sports work was about 90 per cent complete for the club to move.
Mr Braimah hopes the club will play their first game of the second half of the league at their new venue.
