Multiple award-winning actor, Adjetey Anang says he is hopeful the movie industry will get back on its feet after the coronavirus pandemic.
Speaking exclusively with JoyNews’ Becky, the actor said he is optimistic things will go back to normal once effective production works commence.
“I believe strongly that the industry will bounce back. I think that this period has given us the opportunity to think deep to find creative ways on using various online platforms to sustain interest and keep our audiences entertained.
"I believe once we are back to mainstream activities, this new aspect will be an added on in preparing us for the future”
He added that everyone has a responsibility to help fight the pandemic that has taken a toll on the entire world.
“A lot more can be done and I’m not laying it at the foot of any individual or organization or government.
"I think it is a collective responsibility we all must put in our quarter. We must keep reminding ourselves and each other of the need to observe the laid down guidelines and restrictions for us to be able to overcome this pandemic.”
The actor was in Nigeria earlier this year for a new project 'CITATION' which featured award-winning American actor, Jimmy Jean Louis, Nigerian actress Ini Edo, and other movie stars.
