Executives and Employees of MTN Ghana embarked on a Customer Outreach Day as part of the customer month celebrations. The activity served as a precursor to the year 2019, which has been declared the “Year of the Customer” by MTN Ghana.
The Customer Outreach program was further enhanced by the “Leadership Swap,” an internal program instituted by MTN Ghana, which gives MTN Executives the opportunity to serve in another Division for a day. This year’s Leadership Swap focused on an innovative Customer Outreach Program, where the assigned Executive led their teams to engage with the Customers in selected markets.
MTN employees provided information to Customers on MTN’s products and services, solicited feedback on MTN Ghana’s operations, and helped address Customer’s needs.
Commenting on the Customer Outreach Day, the Chief Executive Officer of MTN Ghana, Mr. Selorm Adadevoh said, “I am happy MTN has taken this great initiative to physically interact with our valued Customers and to help address their needs. I was at the Makola Market and was intrigued at how receptive our Customers were, and the very helpful and honest feedback they gave us on our operations.”
“The feedback solicited will enable us serve our Customers better in 2019 and beyond, so that we can make our Customers’ lives a whole lot brighter. This will further challenge us to continue to churn out innovative products and services that will delight our Customers.
Some of the markets visited include Makola, Kaneshie, Ashiaman, Madina market, and the Kumasi, Takoradi, Koforidua & Ho Central markets.
