We are thrilled to announce the premiere of the 2024 National Junior Speller, airing on Saturday, 7th September, 2024, at 3:30 PM on Joy Prime, and every subsequent Saturday at the same time.
Thanks to the Joy Prime and the entire Multimedia Group, this partnership allows children across the country to tune in, watch, and learn. The National Junior Speller is set to challenge, engage, and motivate young spellers, making learning fun and fostering a spirit of healthy competition.

The 2024 competition journey began with classroom-written tests, followed by school-level contests. Now, the top spellers who qualified from their schools will move on to the district contest, which will be broadcast starting this Saturday, 7th September. The competition is divided into two categories: Grade 1-4 and Grade 5-9, with only the best spellers advancing to the national finals.

This year, we are proud to have participation from 12 regions, with more than 10,000 children showcasing their spelling talents. National Junior Speller will air every Saturday for the next 7 months, making it a golden opportunity for advertisers to reach millions of viewers, connecting their brands with an engaged audience.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the school owners, heads of schools, and parents who continuously support this programme. Their belief in the positive impact on children's learning and development ensures that National Junior Speller keeps growing bigger and better each year. Their support enabled us to reach hundreds of schools across the country.
Don’t miss out—tune in to Joy Prime and witness the incredible spelling talents of children across the nation!
