Former People’s National Convention Member of Parliament for Zebilla in the Bawku West District of the Upper East Region, John Ndebugri, says he ‘will not refuse to contest’ the Zebilla parliamentary seat if New Patriotic Party members in the constituency see him a good enough material to stand.“I now belong to the New Patriotic Party and if the members of the New Patriotic Party in the Zebilla Constituency are minded to nominate me to be their candidate for the party in 2012, I will not refuse to contest,” he told joy FM’s Fiifi Koomson.John Ndebugri is a member of the opposition NPP after defecting from the PNC in November of 2009.
