Chief Executive of NDK Financial Services, Oko NiKoi Dzani, says his outfit is poised to achieve more in 2015 despite challenges this year.
He said problems associated with doing business in the country coupled harsh economic challenges caused a dip in the company's projection for 2014.

Mr Dzani made these comments at a carols night service held on December 4, 2014 at the forecourt of NDK head office in Accra.
Recounting some of the challenges faced by non-bank financial services industry in Ghana, Mr Dzani mentioned difficulty with loan recovery from borrowers and exchange rate differences as top on the list.
According to him, another problem usually overlooked is the country's legal system that drags what could be a simple business processes.
"What has kept us going is monitoring. We have a strong management team who are very dedicated and committed", said the NDK CEO.
He revealed that one of the key areas NDK will be focusing on in 2015 is entrepreneurship.
"These days everybody is talking about entrepreneurship . But if [entrepreneurs] don't have the right foundation [they] may not be able to stand the storm when the time comes", he remarked.
He stated that NDK is willing to support start ups in the area of management expertise, record keeping and all business skills to enable them achieve the right foundation to grow.
"We are looking for people [entrepreneurs] who are honest, people who are willing to learn. People who are willing to channel the monies we give them to the ventures that we finance. So many people are in a hurry to make money overnight so capital that we [NDK] give them to work are diverted into purchase of cars and other things so they run into problems.", he said.
With more than ten years in the industry, NDK has become a forerunner in the non-bank financial services industry in Ghana.
