The NDC front seems to be facing some challenges in Parliament following series of issues after vetting of Akufo-Addo’s ministerial appointment.
The North Tongu MP, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, today resigned from Parliament’s Appointments Committee.
This comes on the back some concerns raised over the NDC leadership's role in the confirmation of certain Ministers despite questions raised about his competence during their vetting.
Meanwhile, Minority Leader, Haruna Iddrisu has mounted a strong defence regarding the decision of the Parliament’s Appointments Committee to approve President Akufo-Addo’s Ministerial nominees.
But some members of the party seem to disagree with some decisions taken in the House by its leadership.
