Ghana Premier League champions Medeama Sporting Club have announced Nguvu Mining Limited as their new sponsor for the 2023/24 season.
Nguvu Mining becomes the headline sponsor of the two-time MTN FA Cup champions following the decision of Gold Fields Ghana Limited to terminate their sponsorship deal with the club.
Gold Fields wrote to the Tarkwa-based side expressing their unwillingness to continue their sponsorship deal with the club, a move that George Mireku Duker has called them to reconsider.
However, Nguvu Mining has stepped in to provide assistance to the club which has also secured a ticket to represent Ghana at this season's CAF Champions League.
According to the club, details of their deal with Nguvu will be disclosed on Friday, October 6, during a press conference.
