Vice President John Mahama has taken a swipe at the opposition New Ptriotic Party (NPP) for running what he describes as a deceitful TV commercial on President Mills.According to him the commercial suggests President Mills has bought new fleet of vehicles and also sneaks off to sleep at the Flagstaff house.Speaking at a ceremony Tuesday to officially merge the NDC and the DFP, John Mahama asked Ghanaians to disregard the commercial and rather focus on the many developments projects that the Mills government had brought the country. The Vice President said it was obvious that the NPP has no campaign message and was thus resorting to a negative campaign.“We have a very good story to tell and we don’t need to resort to personal attacks to tell that story; when we use personal attacks it distracts us from the very good story that we have to tell the people of Ghana,” he stated. He said the message of the NPP was “actually laughable.”
