The National Service Authority (NSA) has reminded all National Service Personnel (NSP) that today, Friday December 12, 2025, is the final deadline for completing the ongoing Regional Validation Exercise.
In a statement issued on Friday, December 12, the NSA urged all personnel who have not yet undergone validation to report to their designated regional centres before the close of business today.
According to NSA, the exercise is mandatory and is a key requirement for confirming active service status, maintaining eligibility for service-related benefits, and ensuring the smooth administration of national service duties.
The Authority warned that failure to complete the validation process by the deadline will result in the forfeiture of National Service Personnel status, in accordance with established regulations.

Addressing misinformation circulating on social media and other platforms, the NSA emphasised that any claim suggesting that today is not the deadline is false and misleading.
"The Authority reiterates that any publication, message, or information circulating on social media or elsewhere suggesting that today is not the deadline should be completely disregarded," the statement read.
The Authority stressed that such information is not issued by the NSA and should be disregarded.
"Such information is false, misleading, and not issued by the NSA."
The NSA thanked all personnel for their cooperation and encouraged those yet to complete the validation to do so immediately to avoid losing their service status and associated benefits.
"The Authority appreciates the prompt cooperation of all NSP and encourages those yet to validate to do so immediately,' it concluded.
