Leading hospitality facility, the Oak Plaza hotels last weekend hosted its cherished clients to a delightful evening to acknowledge their support and contribution towards the success story of the hotel.
The event which was held at the poolside of the plush Oak Plaza East Airport facility brought together the hotels customers from across the country who took turns to savor the delicious cuisine and drinks made available to them.
General Manager of the hotel, Ms Hazel Gumpo, reiterated that the Oak Plaza Group of hotels firmly believe in continuous improvement and as such would engage more with its clients in the ensuing years.
“Feedback is the breakfast of kings and we want to feed on your feedback this year, this event is all about learning from you and understanding how best we can meet and exceed your expectations” she said
Ms. Gumpo announced the upgrading of the hotels kitchen which is aimed at improving the facility’s food quality and the speed at which clients are served.
She added that Management in its quest to improve communication was increasing its online presence, including interaction with clients on social media platforms such as Facebook, Youtube, Tweeter and indeed its website.
Ms Hazel encouraged all to like the hotel’s facebook page as the easiest way to receive hotel updates.
“The hotel will be sharing some of its trade secrets on its social media platforms, which would include recipes, health tips and hosting skills such as how to set a table, make a bed and floral arrangements and indeed modern food and beverage trends popularly sold under our brand as signature services which could easily be adopted at home", he said.
Sales and Marketing Manager, Mrs. Semira Anku, in an interview with the media was full of praise for the clients for making time out of their busy schedules to be present, describing it as a true commitment to the Oak Plaza brand
The hotel, she assured would consolidate such partnership by paying more attention to the client’s needs through the feedback they will receive from such gatherings
