Mavis Manugbor alleged she was attacked Monday night by two men-Emmanuel Botwe and Latif Osman who she claimed are body guards of presidential aide, Nii Lante Vanderpuye.
According to her, she was verbally assaulted by Botwe before being attacked physically by the men.
She said she was attending a meeting called by the Accra mayor when the two men confronted her.
It is the second alleged attack within a week.
She said assembly members most of who are members of the NDC were present when she was assaulted but looked on.
She said her life is threatened, more so, when her attackers claim no police man will be able to arrest them.
NDC executives in the constituency have declined comment on the matter but their MP, Jonathan Tackie-Komme says he is very disturbed.
He told Joy News he will officially petition the party leadership.
Meanwhile, Corporal Tieku of the Adabraka Police Station where a complaint was lodged says preliminary investigations have begun
