The Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) has dismissed claims by the Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Ghana Shippers’ Authority, Prof Ransford Gyampo, suggesting that the ongoing investigation into former Finance Minister, Ken Ofori-Atta, is driven by personal animosity.
