Chairman of Parliament's Public Accounts Committee James Avedzi is unhappy Communications Minister, Ursula Owusu, failed to appear before them today.
She will be the third minister failing to appear before the Committee since sitting started on Thursday.
On Thursday, the Roads and Works and Housing Ministers failed to show up, prompting the chairman, James Klutse Avedzi, to surcharge them for the cost of the sitting.
The Chief Director at the Communication Ministry explained that the minister was assigned at the President's directive.
