Ghana defender John Paintsil has expressed his disappointment in missing Saturday's 2010 Nations Cup/World Cup qualifier against Sudan in Omdurman.
The Fulham ace has been suspended due to double yellow card received in qualifiers which started in June last year.
The 26-year-old has been a regular right-back in the team's eight qualifiers played so far and feels odd to miss out on the tie.
"Yes, It's two things now. First of all I feel disappointed I am not with the team that am not playing because I have two yellow cards but am confident of a win," Paintsil told Ghanasoccernet.com
What I can say now is that each and every one of us is prepared to die for the nation and there's competition.
"So am not panicking now. I have full confidence in the team that travelled to Sudan and I believe that they are going to deliver.
He added:" Whiles I am there I am not panicking. Am here crossing my fingers and praying to God that everything will go well for my colleagues."
