Parliament adopt Committee’s report on CI 78

The report on the controversial CI 78 which seeks to create 45 new constitutions was on Friday adopted by Parliament. Mr Edward Doe Adjaho, First Deputy Speaker referred the report, " Report of the Committee on Subsidiary Legislation on the Representation of the People (Parliamentary Constituencies) Instrument, 2012 (C.I.78) for distribution to all members. Mr Kwame Osei-Prempeh, MP for Nsuta Kwarmang Beposo, chairman of the committee, assured members that enough copies have been printed and each member would be given a copy for their consideration. Another report, “Amendment of the Articles of Agreement of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) on the Reform of the Executive Board was also presented.
