Tribe Culture Fest, a multi-faceted celebration held in the United States of America has selected Philip Nai, one of Ghana's most enterprising radio and event organisers as a member of its organising committee.

Philip will bring to bear the wealth of experience he has garnered in his field, on the event which aims to unites the Global Black Diaspora—across Africa, the Caribbean, Afro-Latino communities, and Black America—under one vibrant roof.

Philip Nai is a distinguished media executive, producer, and digital strategist with nearly two decades of leadership in Ghana’s dynamic media and entertainment landscape. He currently serves as Head of Production for Joy Entertainment and Senior Producer at Joy FM, both under the prestigious Multimedia Group.

In these pivotal roles, Philip provides strategic oversight for content direction, creative production, and event execution for some of the nation’s most influential broadcast programs and entertainment experiences.

Philip is the visionary producer behind celebrated Joy FM programmes such as Showbiz A-Z, Cosmopolitan Mix, and Drive Time. His extensive portfolio of event production includes hallmark national experiences like Skuuls Reunion, 90s Jam, and Party in the Park, as well as the broadcast production of major cultural showcases including the Ghana Music Awards, EMY Africa Awards, and the Global Citizen Festival 2022.

In 2024, Philip reaffirmed his industry leadership by spearheading Ghana’s first-ever Creative Arts Manifesto Debate — a landmark national policy dialogue that engaged key political parties on creative industry policy, amplifying the arts sector’s influence within national development discourse.

With expertise spanning journalism, communications, digital marketing, project management, and media production, Philip also founded Philip Nai and Friends, a philanthropic initiative dedicated to improving the lives of underprivileged children through health, education, and welfare programs. A highly respected leader, mentor, and industry advocate, Philip Nai is passionate about harnessing the power of media to drive social change and foster sustainable growth in Ghana’s creative industries. Imagine music reverberating with Afrobeat and Amapiano rhythms, artisans sharing their crafts and stories, and young athletes learning skills from dedicated coaches. At the heart of it all is a commitment to uplifting culture, creating business opportunities, and celebrating the diversity of the African diaspora.

This year's event will be held on July 6, 2025 at Hinchliffe Stadium, 168 Maple St. Parterson NJ, with over 18, 000 attendees, more than 100 vendors, and over 5 million users across digital media platforms.

The festival is divided into two high-impact experiences on the day. There will be the Cup Quest (9AM-3PM) with soccer-centric experience featuring live DJs, brand-hosted clinics, fan activity zone, cultural panels, youth tournaments, Street Soccer Tournament and the Vibe Market vendor village. The second part which starts at 5pm will be the music festival experience spotlighting Black diasporic culture through headline performances, curated soundscapes, and signature cocktail activations.
