Indiscipline among Ghanaians is getting to worrying levels as these men exhibited at the Kwame Nkrumah Interchange popularly referred to as ‘Circle’ in Accra.
City authorities have placed marble stones with rough pointed edges to prevent unauthorised persons from camping under the overheard roads but this does not deter some of the recalcitrant dwellers.
These men caught by Myjoyonline.com’s photographer were not deterred by efforts to keep them away from their ‘sleeping place’ even in broad daylight.
