Ramafest is an annual program in Kasoa in the Central region that signifies one thing - that the 30-day Muslim fast is over.

The 2019 edition of the annual  Kasoa Ramafest which brought activities in the Kasoa township to  a standstill witnessed a display of magical powers a man from one of the Zongo communities who was holding a razor trying to cut his body throughout the 4 hour procession.
