He is a controversial musician who is best known for his unique fashion sense.
For several years, many have come to know Wanlov the Kubolor as that musician who wraps a cloth around his waist and walks barefooted.
For the first time, Wanlov dumped his cloth for suit and shoes.
This rare occurrence, like the eclipse of the sun, occurred when the musician played the role of Mr. Engelmeyer in The Seamstress of St. Francis Street, over the weekend at Terra Alta in Accra.
Wanlov appeared in the play as an African-American representative of Balenciaga, a Spanish fashion house, who tries to trick and take advantage of local talents through dodgy means.
