On New Year’s Day, Winneba was the place to be as the residents once again showcased to the world their artistic side fancy-dress party. This year’s festival which coincided with the Year of Return program which attracted a large number of foreigners who visited to feed their eyes and to learn some few dance moves from the masqueraders.
