The drop in temperatures across the East Coast has caused the Niagara Falls to literally freeze, turning it into a winter wonderland.
The mist that constantly wafts up from the rushing water has frozen into sheets of ice during the winter.
The images below shows the American side of the famous falls on Wednesday when temperatures dropped to 16 degrees Fahrenheit around the Great Lakes.
Tourists on the other hand are not deterred by the frozen Falls, the site got more visitors than any other winter day on record, according to USA Today.
