The Supreme Court resumed hearing the election petition brought before it by the NDC's John Dramani Mahama.
Today, lawyers for President Akufo-Addo and the Electoral Commission cross-examined Mr. Mahama’s third witness in the case.
Mr. Robert Joseph Mettle-Nunoo faced the court via zoom after his counsel indicated that he was not well.
But already, five out of his 32 points stated in his witness statement had been struck out after lead counsel for the 2nd Respondent, Akoto Ampaw argued that those portions were not based on the initial petition filed by Mr. Mahama.
