The Tepa police have arrested four traders for allegedly selling large quantities of agro-chemicals meant for the mass cocoa spraying exercise.
The chemicals that had a "Not for Sale" inscription boldly displayed on them were Nordox, Kocide, Cocostar, Confidor and 'Akate Master'.
Owusu Bempah, Justice Oppong, Osmanu Malik and Yaa Nehia, have been granted a police enquiry bail.
Detective Police Inspector David Osei said that the suspects were arrested in an exercise to clamp down on illegal sale of agro-chemicals.Source: GNA
