Seven students of the Ho Polytechnic have been cited in connection with the recent sexual molestation of some students of the Ho Nurses’ Training College.
The polytechnic students are alleged to have stormed the Nurses’ Training College during a float, fondled the breasts of some of their victims and inserted their fingers into the genitals of a lady they stripped naked.
They are also alleged to have looted some shops and supermarkets.
Municipal Police Commander for Ho, Superintendent Owusu Berkoh told Joy News the suspects will be arrested to assist in investigations.
According to him, seven people have so far been named and the police have begun thorough investigations.
He said the suspects will soon be hauled before court.
