President John Evans Atta Mills has accepted the resignation of Education Minister Mrs. Betty Mould Iddrisu.
A press statement signed by Director of Communications at the Presidency, Koku Anyidoho, Tuesday thanked Betty for services rendered to Ghanaians.

President Atta Mills Accepts Mrs. Betty Mould Iddrisu’s Resignation Letter
His Excellency President John Evans Atta Mills has accepted the resignation of Mrs. Betty Mould Iddrisu, as Minister in-charge of Education.
In response to a letter dated 23rd January, 2012, His Excellency the President thanked Mrs. Mould-Iddrisu for services rendered to the people of Ghana during the period she served in Government, and also wished her well.
The Honourable Minister for Employment and Social Welfare, Mr. Enoch Teye Mensah, has been assigned additional responsibility to oversee the Education Ministry until further notice.
