President John Evans Atta Mills is expected to leave the country, Monday evening, for Malabo, capital of Equatorial Guinea.
He will be in Malabo for the swearing-in of President Brigadier General (retd) Teodore Obiang Nguema, who has been re-elected to serve another term.
His Excellency President John Evans Atta Mills is expected back on Wednesday, December 09, 2009.
