President John Mahama has nominated the Member of Parliament for Krachi West Madam Helen Adwoa Ntoso as the Volta Regional Minister.
A statement signed by Executive Secretary to the President, Dr. Raymond Atuguba said: “In accordance with Article 256 (1) of the 1992 Constitution of the Republic of Ghana, His Excellency John Dramani Mahama has nominated for the consideration of Parliament, Hon. Helen Adwoa Ntoso as the Regional Minister designate for the Volta Region”.
Madam Ntoso will thus replace the late Henry Ford Kamel, who died on Christmas Day last year.
