It was not the usual morning show in the studios of Joy Prime on the morning of January 1, 2024.
To usher viewers to a promising year, Prime Morning hosted Unicorn Masquerade, a masquerade group from Takoradi in the Western Region.
Accompanied by their band, Rhythm 360, the team displayed their colourful fancy dress and their skillful legwork to viewers of Joy Prime.
Whereas, hosts of the show, Joselyn Feli, KMG and Asieduwaa Akumia mounted horses and moved to the rhythm of the tunes.
Speaking to JoyNews, an executive of Unicorn Masquerade, Gregory Annan, expressed how thrilled the team was to showcase the art in the Accra Region.
He also encouraged individuals and families to visit Takoradi this year to experience the Takoradi Masquerade.
