The Professional League Board has asked Kumasi Asante Kotoko to honour their fifth Week Premier League match against Accra Great Olympics at the Baba Yara Sports stadium, Kumasi on Wednesday, December 19 instead of the Sunyani Coronation Park.
Mr K. Ampim-Darko, Deputy General Secretary of the Ghana Football Association, in a release copied to the GNA Sports said the shift of venue has been arranged in consultation with the Venue Organising Committee of the Ghana 2008 to test the usability of the refurbished stadium at Kumasi.
He said Kotoko would therefore have to revert back to their adopted home venue at Sunyani after the fifth week match until further notice.
All other stakeholders have therefore being asked to cooperate to ensure the success of the match.
