The first leg result do not make pleasant reading for Ghana, who must beat Cameroon on Sunday to reach the 2012 Africa Women Championship.
Ghana drew 1-1 at home with the Lionesses who now lead the tie courtesy the away goal rule going in Sunday's reverse clash.
But Kuuku Dadzie's Black Queens stand a chance of turning around the tie in Yaoundé to make it to the Championship in Equatorial Guinea, later in November.
The task is appears huge but Dadzie is confident of Ghana's chances in the decisive clash.
“We are focused on the game and hopefully we will win to qualify,” said the Ghana coach.
The Black Queens risk missing out on Africa’s flagship women’s football tournament for the first time since the inception of the biennial championship in 1998 if they fail to get a win or a high scoring draw.
“Playing away won’t be easy. Football is full of uncertainties and we hope to get the results we so badly need at their backyard," Kuuku Dadzie added.
