The Progressive People's Party (PPP) wishes to ask the general public to ignore the story put out Monday by the New Crusading Guide.
The story on "...Nduom Supports NPP's Petition" is wrong and only calculated to draw Dr. Papa Kwesi Nduom into the NPP court case.
Dr. Nduom supports the PPP position which is that our party is not happy with the conduct of the 2012 elections but advocates for electoral reforms to prevent the problems experienced in 2012 not to re-occur.
For the avoidance of doubt, we wish to state that Dr. Nduom has been out of Ghana since 22 December 2012 and has not granted an interview to any media person/journalist."
Signed
Kofi Asamoah-Siaw
National Secretary, PPP
